ALUMNI CHALLENGE
by San Francisco Peer Resources

Mario Balcita
Friends!!! For me, Peers is a crucial way to get to the root causes of problems in our communities, and to empower new leaders.
An in-school academic elective in middle- and high schools in San Francisco, we make the individual, interpersonal, and institutional change needed to diminish oppression and hate, to advocate for love and justice. Peers is a class where youth learn about self-love, collectively, towards transformative change.
Help me continue to support our student leaders and our teachers to sustain these safe spaces of learning and leading! Together, we can raise $1000.
Any amount you can give makes a big difference. Because I fundraise for my job, honestly, knowing that someone gave $5, or $50, means that you care enough to give and support. And it means a huge amount to me, and it makes a big difference to our youth.
Thank you for standing with Peers; thank you for standing with youth leading, now; thank you!
P.S. For your donation, you'll receive a button with my 6 year old school portrait. It's awesome You're welcome :)
Youth allied across identity. Leaders mediating conflicts, actively communicating. Students organizing 500 peers from across the city to share stories and demand action. Youth creating justice and love. This is Peer Resources.
We cannot do this work without your help. With your generosity and compassion, we can reach our goal of $15,000 by December 31st!
How? Make the donation that is most meaningful to you and tell us why you donate! Then spread the word! #PeersGiving will help projects like that of June Jordan School of Equity students finding better solutions to support our undocumented students.
In times like these, we need our youth leaders more than ever. And they need your help--support Peer Resources today!
Love It! Plan it! Do It! Change It!
